If you have had any previous criminal convictions in any country, you will be unable to apply on the ETA visa system. You must declare any prior convictions so that immigration can make a decision on your application at their discretion, using the information you will be requested to provide.

Once your visa application has been logged, immigration will contact our office asking for further details of your conviction. Information that may be required varies depending on the severity of the conviction. All applications are assessed on a case by case basis. 


If arriving on an ETA with criminal convictions, you could be refused entry into Australia.

The Australian Government state that they will only grant a visa if they believe the applicant is of good character.

Having a conviction does not automatically mean that you will be refused a visa as long as you fully disclose all convictions and provide information that has been requested. A decision is then made based on the information provided.


Our initial professional fee is € 163.00 plus the immigration fee AUD $135.00 (approximately € 107.00) payable when the application is prepared to lodge with immigration.

Additional costs will apply should your application be referred for further character assessment (normally £60). There will also be costs for police certificates and if any documentation requires verifying.

A: Most evisas are issued within 24 hours however this isn’t a guarantee and we would advise all applicants to allow at least a week incase of queries.
